First of all you will need several types of oil, 1 and a half ounces of olive oil, 3 ounces of almond oil, one ounce sesame oil, one ounce canola oil, and a half ounce of wheat germ oil. All you need to do is pour them all into a container and mix them together. This recipe makes around seven ounces, and you only need around one ounce of the natural bath oil per bath.
